Deposit Policy

All reservations require a deposit of two nights, room & tax. During the Christmas & New Year's holiday, the deposit is non-refundable at time of booking.

Winter Cancellation Policy (November –April)

Reservations must be cancelled thirty (30) days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund for the deposit paid. Any reservation cancelled within thirty (30) days of the arrival date will forfeit all deposits. Over the holiday seasons, (Christmas, New Years' and President's Week) final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival and the two night deposit is non-refundable upon booking.

Summer Cancellation Policy (May-October)

Reservations must be cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund for the deposit. Any reservation cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date will forfeit all deposits. Over festival weekends (Bluegrass, Jazz, Telluride Film Festival, and Blues & Brews) reservations must be cancelled thirty (30) days prior to arrival date to receive a refund for the deposit.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome but will be charged a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee. Each additional dog is $25, max 2 dogs not to exceed 100 lbs per room. Cats are not allowed. Pets are not permitted in cabins and penthouses.

Resort Fee

In an effort to eliminate numerous incidental charges, and allow you to experience The Peaks Resort and Spa to its full extent, we have enacted a daily resort fee of $25 plus tax. The resort fee includes: daily membership to the prestigious Spa at The Peaks, including unlimited access to cardio and weightlifting studios, the indoor and outdoor pool areas, lap pool, two-story waterslide, rock climbing wall, Yoga and Pilates studios, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and Roman tubs. Personalized Spa Concierge to assist with the planning of all of your appointments and needs to customize your experience at Spa at The Peaks. The resort fee also includes friendly ski valet service, including overnight ski and boot storage and warming located on our ski-in/ski-out level. Additionally unlimited local, regional and International telephone calls (hotel only) are included as well as weekday New York Times after 11 a.m., in the lobby of the Peaks Resort as well as wireless Internet access.

Parking

A fee of $25 per night will be charged for overnight valet parking.

Additional Bedding

Rollaway beds are available for $20 per night. Cribs are available at no charge.
