A two night Security deposit will be taken on top of the hotel deposit at
time of booking. Both deposits will be based on the first night and last night
of the reservation. The hotel deposit will be kept if the guest does not cancel
within 30 days cancellation policy. The Security deposit will be refunded providing
the unit is left in the same condition as we rented it. A security officer will walk
the unit upon guest departure to determine if the security deposit will be returned
in full. Two night security deposit and two night hotel deposit
(full hotel deposit for holidays) will be charged at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: 30 day cancellation policy with 2 night deposit.
Exception: 12/25-1/2, 2/15-2/19, 3/15-3/25- full pay, no cancel
