COVID Safety

OUR HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN

Your health and safety during your stay is important to us. Our staff have received comprehensive training on new health and safety protocols, on the proper wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) and reinforced training on the importance of hand washing, cleaning and physical distancing guidelines.

Cleaning products in accordance with EPA guidelines for coronaviruses, bacteria and other infectious pathogens are being utilized. We have increased the amount of routine cleaning, with a focus on high touch surfaces in the common areas.

Masks will be worn by all employees and guests. Masks will be made available to guests upon request at the front desk.

In an effort to limit exposure to both our employees and guests, occupied rooms will be cleaned only pre the guest’s arrival and post departure. Occupied rooms will not be re-occupied for a minimum of 24 hours. Soft items such as extra blankets, throws, decorative pillows and pens will be removed from the rooms. They are available upon guest request and will be delivered outside the room.

Gloves will be worn by employees who’s positions require them such as guest room and public cleaning attendants.

Social distancing will be practiced. Signage throughout the property will be prominently featured in both public and behind the scene areas.

Additional hand washing stations will be installed throughout The Peaks. Employees and guests are reminded to frequently wash their hands with soap and water via signage.

Plexiglass barriers will be in placed throughout the hotel as appropriate.

In the event of an engineering or housekeeping guest service need, services will be provided. However, we will ensure that guests are not present when staff enter the room.
