Purchase a series and pick the workout you feel like on any given day. Or, combine any two: personal training, yoga or Pilates in one session. Private and Semi-Private sessions available. 50 minutes.
Body Composition Analysis
Measures your percentage of body fat, body mass index, and basal metabolic rate. After reviewing with your personal trainer, you will take home a realistic plan for reaching your body composition goals, based on the valuable information about your body’s metabolism. 30 minutes.
Fitness Assessment
This is an excellent way to start a new exercise program or check back in with an existing one. One of our personal trainers will assess your current fitness level by testing such areas as aerobic capacity, body composition, flexibility, muscular endurance/strength, blood pressure and heart rate. You’ll receive an analysis of your assessment along with workout guidelines based on your results. 50 minutes.
Private Meditation or Breath Coaching
Learn proven techniques for stress reduction, visualization and connection of the mind, body and spirit. Your personalized consultation will take place in either the yoga studio, a spa treatment room, or your guest room, whichever you prefer.
