Body Composition Analysis
Measures your percentage of body fat, body mass index, and basal metabolic rate. After reviewing with your personal trainer, you will take home a realistic plan for reaching your body composition goals, based on the valuable information about your body’s metabolism. 30 minutes.
Private Meditation or Breath Coaching
Learn proven techniques for stress reduction, visualization and connection of the mind, body and spirit. Your personalized consultation will take place in either the yoga studio, a spa treatment room, or your guest room, whichever you prefer.
