The Fitness Center at the Peaks awaits guests looking to reconnect with their body and mind with a heated indoor and outdoor pool, three-lane lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness studios and personalized classes ranging from Pilates to Peloton sessions.
Our expert trainers, yoga and Pilates teachers are also available for private sessions to address your individual fitness and body movement goals. Each session is customized to include exercises that focus on strength, flexibility and balance as well as the mind-body element for movement.

Personal Training Session

Our experienced personal trainers conduct an overall fitness assessment and work with you to determine your health, strength and movement goals to design a workout program based on your specific needs. Golf & tennis training, strength training, yoga, pilates, self defense, functional fitness, swimming, event training, weight loss and conditioning are also available.

Private Yoga, Pilates and Meditation

60 MINUTES – $130 | 90 MINUTES – $160

Scheduling a private or semi-private session with one of our talented meditation, yoga or Pilates instructors provides insight into your daily routine. Private fitness is a great way to receive one-on-one guidance to help gain confidence and knowledge prior to joining your first group class or creating a home practice. A private session is also beneficial if you would like to focus on a particular area for strength or flexibility, or if you have a physical condition that may require more attention to ensure you are practicing safely.

There are 3 Tennis & 2 Pickleball courts located in Mountain Village adjacent to The Peaks Resort & Spa. You’ll enjoy top-quality tennis in a fun filled, positive, skill-sharpening environment and meet other tennis players. Daily weekday, tennis clinics for all levels, social events. Sunday drop-in tennis, weekday pickleball drop-in and more!


Mountain Village Tennis offers complimentary access to the court booking system and court play. To register for the Plus Court reservation system, please email Bill Austin with your address, phone and email address. We will provide you with the link to the reservation system. All players must be registered to book courts and/or play. Registered players may book courts up to 2 days in advance. Reservation policies and rules are subject to change.


We can create a fun social or team building event with tennis games designed to accommodate all levels of play. 

Peaks Director of Tennis, Elite USPTA certified tennis professional Bill Austin has taught tennis for over twenty years and specializes in winning. He played number one singles and doubles for the University of South Carolina, played on the Middle States Junior Davis Cup Team, USTA Southwest ranked #1 player in 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 age divisions, and won the National USTA Senior Doubles Team Tennis Championship in 2010.
