A mandatory, non-refundable Damage Fee of $95 for Signature Suite reservations or $150 for Penthouse reservations applies to this reservation and is included in your total booking charges.
This fee is not insurance, is not a security deposit and does not waive or limit guest responsibility for damage. PRM may use an internal damage review process to offset eligible ordinary accidental guest-caused damage, subject to PRM’s Damage Policy (Policy) limits, exclusions and documentation requirements.
Per the Policy, guests remain responsible for intentional damage, reckless conduct, smoking or vaping damage, unauthorized pet damage, theft or missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, damages above the applicable internal cap and any other excluded amounts. By completing this reservation, you authorize PRM to charge the card on file for eligible unpaid amounts, damages, fees or charges permitted under the Rental Agreement.
